Hodnocení klasifikace nebezpečných chemických látek podle GHS

Article introduces the basic legislative framework for the classification, labeling and packaging of dangerous chemical substances and preparations. At the same time outlinines the basic procedures for the classification of dangerous substances according to regulation previously known as GHS, now CL & P. The example of the case study shows the basic defi ciencies of this regulation and the basic problems, which manufacturers and importers should deal in the registration of dangerous substances according to CL & P.
