The Statistical Features of eLSe Learning Environment

This paper describes the statistical features of eLSe learning environment. The platform is developed in Department of Computing at University of Rousse. It is entirely based on open source components and is used in 14 Bulgarian Universities and also in educational institutions in Germany, Hungary and Russia. A comparison between the use of eLSe in three countries - Bulgaria, Germany and Russia is given.
