Espirales de la violencia

This paper studies the problem of criminality in Colombia base on a model that incorporates the economic theory of crime, the theory of Social Capital and community learning (from the delinquencies perspective). The model explains the several causes of the conflict and supports the evaluation of alternative sustainable policies for the reduction of criminality. This research concludes that the economic perspective is useful, but from an approach that includes Social Capital and Community Learning the society would design policies that would include a broader view.
