Tetraethoxysilane, MPTES, isopropanol, N,N-2 methylformamide, ethyl alcohol and polyethylene glycol are mixed to obtain first mixing liquid; then sodium silicate, sodium hexametaphosphate, maleic anhydride, a surface active agent, an antifoaming agent, silicon dioxide and water are stirred and mixed evenly to obtain second mixing liquid; and the second mixing liquid is heated under inert gas shielding, the first mixing liquid is added in the stirring state, then diethanol amine acetic oxide are added to be continuously stirred, and the mixture is cooled to the room temperature to obtain the antiseptic treatment liquid of the metal bellows. The treatment liquid obtained through the preparing method can has obvious antiseptic effect on the metal bellows, use is simple, and no influence will be generated on the metal bellows.
