EXPERIMENTAL RESEARCH ON MINERAL PROCESSING AND INDUSTRIAL UTILIZATION OF SANGRI TIBET MIXED COPPER

In the process of flotation of the mixed copper ores, addition of the chelating collector B130 not only can decrease dosage of Na2,but also can realize bulk flotation of sulphide copper ores and oxidized copper ores,as well as simplify technological flowsheet and increase technical economic index of mineral separation plants. The results of mineral processing experiments and commercial application of the Sangri copper ores showed that the B130 chelating collector has powerful collecting property for oxidized minerals of copper, and under the condition of using the mixed collector of B130 and xanthate may result in synergistic effect. Compared to the conventional sulphidization- xanthate flotation method,in the case of the concentrate grade is similar,the recovery of copper can be increased by about 5%,the recovery of gold is increased by about 6%.
