The integrated light power divider for realization of non-uniform division comprises a waveguide light path which is arranged in a wrapping layer. The waveguide light path is composed of input waveguide, tapered waveguide, left bending waveguide, right bending waveguide, left output waveguide and right output waveguide. The wrapping layers arranged exactly above the left bending waveguide and the right bending waveguide are respectively internally provided with left additional waveguide and right additional waveguide which are parallel with the left bending waveguide and the right bending waveguide. Refractive index of the material of the waveguide light path is greater than refractive index of the wrapping layer. Refractive index of the material of the left additional waveguide is greater than or equal to refractive index of the material of the wrapping layer. Refractive index of the material of the right additional waveguide is greater than or equal to refractive index of the material of the wrapping layer. Refractive index of the material of the left additional waveguide is not equal to refractive index of the material of the right additional waveguide. The integrated light power divider is mainly applied to light division technology for light power divider light intensity.
