ABSTRACT The purpose of this paper is to summarize treatment guidelines for the performance of single isocenter linac radiosurgery of multiple brain metastases developed used by three experienced centers. This article is not meant to provide consensus guidelines. Rather, this is a practical, “How we do it” reference without substantial discussion. To serve as a treatment reference, the great majority of the information is presented in topic-specific tables.
