Optimal Selection of Weapons Assigning Project Based on Grey Situation Decision-making

In order to make all weapons assigning in joint operations more suitable,this paper selected the best project according to grey situation decision-making. Though building appraised goal system,deciding the property of every project and some grey computing process,we concluded a range of the uniform value of effect measure of every project and selected the best one from them according to the result.
