Computer aided analysis and design single balanced microstrip diode mixer

A rat-race balanced diode mixer is designed and analyzed by using an efficient general purpose program. The practical design of this mixer is built using microwave integrated circuit technology and a microstrip circuit. The results of the practical measurements and the simulated results are in good agreement for the designed mixer. >
