Design of Remote Health Monitoring System based on Mobile Phone and Wireless Network

A remote health monitoring system was developed.In the system,the mobile phone is used for the center nod of wireless sensor network that is linked with sensor nods on body.The mobile phone is also used for the getaway of the remote wireless communication network,and interface between patient and system for getting information.By using this system patients can monitor their health condition and receive guiding information from doctor,the family member of patients can obtain the information about patient ' s health condition,and the medical personnel in monitoring center can keep watch on patients and give help in urgent condition.The system is flexible matching for sensor nodes,easy to use and suitable for monitoring chronic disease patients outside hospital so it has a broaden application prospect.
