Letters totheEditor arewelcomed andwill bepublished, iffound suitable, asspace permits. Submission ofaLetter totheEditor constitutes permission foritspublication in theJournal. Letters should notduplicate similar material beingsubmitted orpublished elsewhere. Letters referring toarecentJournal article should bereceived within three months ofthearticle's publication. Theeditors reserve theright toedit and abridge letters, topublish replies, andto solicit responses fromauthors andothers. Letters should besubmitted induplicate, double-spaced (including references), and should notexceed 400words.
