Влияние препарата Росток на проростки яровой пшеницы на инфекционном фоне

2013
Considers the action of Rostok chemical on morphometric parameters of spring wheat plantlets of Irgina variety and pathogenic microflora of corn. Infectious background was created with an application of a pure culture of phytopathogenic fungus Fusarium graminearum. Wheat seeds were processed by a fungus suspension containing 10 6 conidia in 1 ml of distilled water. Experience scheme: 1. control (the distilled water), 2. Fusarium graminearum suspension, 3. Rostock preparation (0.5 ml/kg of seeds), 4. Rostock + Fusarium graminearum. Seeds were put in Petri’s sterile cups with a double layer of the moistened filter paper on the basis of 10 seeds on a cup and placed in the thermostat at a temperature of 22 °C. When processing seeds by Rostock preparation, the length of sprouts and length of roots on a natural background increased by 76.8 % and 10.4 % respectively, on an artificial infectious background the length of sprouts increased by 24.8 % in comparison with a check-up. The seeds processed by Rostock preparation showed an index characterizing a ratio of sprouts and roots length approaching 1 — 0.80 that proves their even growth. At check-up with option № 2 and option № 4 this index was 0.50; 0.55 and 0.61 respectively. Index of a ratio of sprouts and roots mass when processing seeds by Rostock preparation is equal to 1. Roots prevailed in structure of a biomass of acrospire under control (59 %) and option № 2 (63 %), the index of a ratio of sprouts and roots mass was 1.4 and 1.7 respectively. The ratio of sprouts and roots mass of spring wheat seedlings close to 1 (0.9) was shown on an infectious background by seeds processed by Rostock preparation. On the basis of these microscopic researches it is possible to testify the absence of stimulating action of Rostock preparation on growth and development of natural microflora and Fusarium graminearum used for creation of a provocative background.
