Study on Civil Aviation Airports Emergency Management Capacity Assessment

For the present problems of emergency management capacity evaluation in Chinese civil aviation airports,this paper analyzes the development trend,operation characteristics and safety management status.Based on the system safety theory,the delphi method and fuzzy mathematical method,it is given a mathematical model for evaluating airport emergency management capacity.Analyses of theory studying,practical investigation and case show that the model is feasible and effective and it provides practical experiences for civil aviation airports emergency management.
