Brief Discussion on Ideological and Political Education Surmounting Modernity Predicaments

With the promotion of modernization,the ideological and political education encounters the adverse invasion of modernity to get trapped in three predicaments: "uselessness","casualness " and "faithlessness ". To surmount these predicaments,certain vision height must be possessed,that is,to stick to three visions: integrity,historicity and globality. On basis of this,the realistic approach to surmount the predicaments shall start from three points of view of ideological and political education: reality focus,spiritual core and educational achievement,to take root in social reality and give humanistic care; to return to the essence of education and let the"thoughts"shine; to base on the actual effect and promote the spirit of innovation.
