The article discusses research into organizational behavior and human resource management in the context of Christian theology. Management, Spirituality, and Religion research has begun to explain several areas of management that were previously ignored. This focus shows how non-materialist and relational roles helps employees connect to a company's purpose or meaning in life. Through the study of creation, the fall of humans, and creation's restoration through Jesus Christ in Christian theology, several connections can be made to reflect work ideology and the struggle to redeem a firm or oneself.
