Mobile terminal for using input means of portable device and input method using the same

PURPOSE: A mobile terminal for using an input unit of a portable device, and an input method using the same are provided to enable a user not to carry an additional input device by using the mobile terminal as an input device. CONSTITUTION: A Bluetooth module(254) uses a Bluetooth communication scheme to set up the connection to a portable device and process data transmission and reception. A display module(260) receives data through a touch screen and displays the data and the state of a mobile terminal. If the switching operation into an input unit is inputted, a control module(280) sets up a Bluetooth mode and transfers the data inputted through the display module to the Bluetooth module.
