Tissue adhesives for wound-connection and method for preparing threrof

PURPOSE: A wound suture tissue adhesive and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve adhesive force, biocompatibility, and elasticity. CONSTITUTION: A wound suture tissue adhesive comprises acrylate monomer and urethanacrylate polymer. The acrylate monomer is a compound represented as chemical formula, CH2=C(CCN)-CO0-R1. In the chemical formula, R1 is selected from an alkyl group with carbon number 2 to 12. The acrylate monomer comprises 80-99 wt.% of acrylate monomer with 6-12 carbons, and 1-20 wt.% of acrylate monomer with 2-5 carbons. A manufacturing method of a wound suture tissue adhesive is as follows. Urethanacrylate polymer is prepared and a mixture solution is obtained by mixing the urethanacrylate polymer with acrylate monomer. Elastic liquid is obtained by stirring the mixture solution at 15-35 deg.C for 15 hours. A biological tissue adhesive is obtained by drying the elastic liquid.
