Method for preparing pcr chamber, and pcr kit

Provided is a method for preparing a PCR chamber with which it is possible to control the placement of a first medium in the PCR reaction solution. Also provided is a PCR kit. The method for preparing a PCR chamber comprises a step for filling the wells of a plate having wells with a PCR reaction solution containing a hydrogel material; a step for solidifying the PCR reaction solution and forming a gel portion in the wells; a step for placing a first medium on top of the gel portion; and a step for liquefying the gel portion and thereby placing the first medium inside the wells.
