Refrigerator with television

A refrigerator with a television is provided to allow glass and film members to have high light transmittance when a LCD(Liquid Crystal Display) monitor is activated so that an image of the LCD monitor is displayed on the glass or film member. A refrigerator includes a body(10) equipped with a refrigerator compartment and a freezer compartment. A refrigerator compartment door(20) and a freezer compartment door(30) are hinged to a front surface of the body. The refrigerator compartment door and the freezer compartment door are covered by glass members(23,34). The refrigerator compartment door has an ice maker and a dispenser. The refrigerator compartment includes an ice drawing device(21) used to draw ices or cooling water. A display unit(22) includes a button(33) used to control the operation of the refrigerator and a display window used to display the state of the refrigerator. A controller is provided to control the whole operation of components. The refrigerator includes a flat LCD monitor(32) and glass member(23,34) for covering the exterior of the refrigerator and the LCD monitor.
