The invention discloses a preparation method of a large-area functional graphene thin film with controllable conductivity on the basis of a roll-to-roll printing technology. The uniform large-area graphene thin film with a controllable thickness and controllable conductivity is prepared on a flexible substrate in a roll-to-roll printing manner by regulating and controlling graphene ink performance and printing technology parameters; the thickness can be regulated and controlled between 10nm and 10microns; and square resistance can be regulated and controlled between 10ohm/sq and 3,000ohm/sq. The roll-to-roll printing preparation method of the graphene thin film is fast and efficient; the technology is simple; the repeatability is good; the cost is low; and the roll-to-roll printing preparation method has a wide application prospect.
