Composite board resistant to high-temperature seawater corrosion and production method thereof

2014
The invention discloses a composite board resistant to high-temperature seawater corrosion. The composite board resistant to high-temperature seawater corrosion comprises a covering board and a base board. The covering board and the base board are made of different metals. The combined shearing strength of the composite interface of the composite board reaches 231 MPa. The invention further provides a production method for manufacturing the composite board resistant to high-temperature seawater corrosion through explosive cladding. The thickness of covering titanium in the composite board is about 12 mm and breaks through the regulation of 2-10 mm in the national standard. The combined shearing strength of the composite interface of the composite board is larger than 231 MPa, so that the requirement for the strength in the using process is met. The two materials of the covering board and the base board are both good in corrosion resistance and can resist corrosion of higher-corrosivity seawater-like media and high-corrosivity seawater-like media. With the arrival of ocean economy, more and more causes related to ocean emerge, and therefore development of the special material resistant to high-temperature seawater corrosion working conditions is more and more meaningful, and the composite board is supposed to have good application prospects.
