Aneurysm at the Origin of the Accessory Middle Cerebral Artery

Abstract An aneurysm at the junction of the accessory middle cerebral artery and the horizontal portion of the anterior cerebral artery is reported. The importance of this anomalous artery is discussed with regard to the genesis of aneurysms of the anterior cerebral artery.
