MULTI MONITORING SYSTEM AND DISPLAY OF PHYS- IOLOGICAL VARIABLES IN MOBILE DEVICE

The mobile systems as cellphone, tablet and others are currently being used for applications in different areas, in which the fundamental requirement is portability. It is for this reason that this paper shows, the incursion of mobile applications in the health area, specifically in the area of telemedicine, this paper shows how the ECG signal is recorded, displayed and transmitted via wireless as a mobile device this is done with the purpose of having a portable system as a platform of real time monitoring of several patients. In addition to the ECG signal transmission are displayed as parameters: heart rate and temperature of patients. So far been tested with 51 patients (23 men and 28 women, between 25 and 35 years), giving very consistent results compared with the results shown by sales teams. Furthermore it is important to highlight that in this work, we created a graphical interface on a tablet, which displays RESUMEN Los sistemas moviles como celulares, tablet y otros, actualmente estan siendo usados en diferentes areas, en las cuales es indispensable requerimientos de portabilidad. Este articulo presenta una nueva metodologia para realizar aplicaciones moviles en el area de la salud y especificamente en telemedicina. Se muestra como una senal ECG es grabada, visualizada y enviada via inalambrica a un dispositivo movil, esto con el proposito de tener un sistema en tiempo real para el monitorio de pacientes. Adicionalmente, a la transmision de la senal ECG, se muestra en el aplicativo datos de ritmo cardiaco y temperatura de cada paciente. El sistema fue probado con 51 pacientes (23 hombres y 28 mujeres, entre 25 y 35 anos), dando resultados similares comparados con otros equipos comerciales, como power Lab. Es importante resaltar que se creo una interfaz grafica en la tablet, la cual muestra datos de 3 pacientes diferentes en tiempo real, este trabajo novedoso tendra un futuro promisorio, ya que actualmente los sistemas no son de multi usuario, es decir solo monitorean un paciente. Finalmente concluimos que la tecnologia inalambrica puede ser usada para transmitir datos fisiologicos en tiempo real.
