Особенности механизмов регуляции тонуса сосудов микроциркуляторного русла слизистой оболочки бронхов при хронической болезни почек

2009
Impairment of microcirculation and dysfunction of endothelium in patients with a chronic renal disease (CRD) is one of the pathogenetic signs of progressing pathological process. The opportunity to use laser Doppler flowmetry for diagnostics of microcirculation disorders and metabolic activity of microvessels endothelium directly in a mucous membrane of bronchial tubes in patients with a CRD is demonstrated at bronchoscopy. The given method will allow to estimate efficiency of the therapy and to predict risk of probable complications of the disease.
