Study on hydrolysis process of the xylose extraction from bamboo residue

The extraction of xylose from bamboo residue was studied. The optimum process based on the single factor and orthogonal test was as the following:the temperature was 120℃,the concentration of sulfuric acid was 1.2%,the time hydrolysis was 3h,the material-solution ratio was 1∶6,the extraction yield was 21.56%.
