Electromagnetic characteristics and possible applications of the new nanocrystalline alloy 5BDSR

The magnetic and physical properties of GAMMAMET 440S1 cores with a linear magnetization curve are given. The cores are made from fast-quenched iron-based magnetic alloy and consist of composite material with high strength properties. The results obtained are compared with the properties of analogous magnetic materials : magnetically soft manganese-zinc ferrites and 47NK precision alloy.
