Mastitis lúpica. Presentación de un caso Lupus mastitis. A case report

SUMMARY Case report: A 74 year old woman with systemic lupus erithematosus (SLE) and lupus panniculitis had clinical and radiological findings suspicious of malignancy in both breasts. Pathology: A mucinous carcinoma was diagnosed in the left breast and histological changes suggestive of lupus mastitis were found in both breasts. Discussion: This unusual case is presented together with a review of the literature.
