EL TRABAJO ENTRE EL DOCENTE DE AULA REGULAR Y EL DOCENTE DE AULA INTEGRADA EN EL SISTEMA EDUCATIVO GENERAL THE WORK BETWEEN BETWEEN REGULAR AND SPECIAL EDUCATION TEACHER

This research aimed to describe the work performed by regular and special education teachers, based on collaboration and teamwork holding for integration and inclusion of students with special educational needs (SEN), specifically with learning disabilities (LD) in elementary schools located in the district of Trujillo, state Trujillo (Venezuela). This study was conducted following the criteria of etnographic research, using interviews and observations as techniques to gather information. It took a total of 15 school teachers and administrators (mainly principals). Among the findings that emerged from the research are the following: Aspects that characterize collaboration as parity among teachers, information exchange including teaching strategies, materials and resources and setting common goals on educatinal development of students with LD are not present. In relation to teamwork, the results pointed out to multidisciplinary team where team members perform little contact among them. As part of the conclusion, it is recommended to coninue resarch on the work between these teachers in Trujillo state, and its implications for the inclusion of students with LD to the general educational system.
