Study on Comprehensive Corrosion of X70 Steel by AHP

In order to study the comprehensive corrosion of X70 steel under real production conditions. X70 steel pipe line of west-east gas pipeline is selected as the research object. Based on the corrosion data of X70 steel hanger in the representative soil environment in the pipeline crossing area, the AHP method is used to analyze comprehensively the complex corrosion situation, and then the sensitivity is pre-measured. The results are as follows: 1. The occurrence of corrosion needs the joint promotion of multiple factors, and the corrosion situation in real soil environment is more complicated. 2. Taking the west-east gas pipeline network as an example, the order of corrosion degree in different soil environments is: acid soil environment B1 > alkaline soil environment B2 > neutral soil environment B3. The most important factors affecting corrosion behavior are listed as follows: Moisture content D2 > chloride ion D3 > alternating current D4 > SRB function D1.
