Multi-energy-form output energy tower for stepwise recycling gas engine waste heat energy

2015
The invention discloses a multi-energy-form output energy tower for stepwise recycling gas engine waste heat energy. The multi-energy-form output energy tower comprises an internal combustion engine, a steam Rankine cycle system, an organic Rankine cycle system, a bromine cooling unit and a hot water heat exchanger. The steam Rankine cycle system carries out heat exchange with high-temperature gas exhausted by the internal combustion engine to enable a steam turbine to expand and work. The organic Rankine cycle system carries out heat exchange with high-temperature gas and cylinder sleeve water discharged by the internal combustion engine, pressurized air and condensation heat in the steam Rankine cycle system to enable an expander to expand and work. The bromine cooling unit enables some cylinder sleeve water drained by the internal combustion engine to serve as a heat source of an absorbing type refrigeration system for heat exchange. The hot water heat exchanger is in terminal connection with high-temperature gas discharged by the internal combustion engine to heat domestic water. The cold, heat and electricity triple generation waste heat recycling system with multiple waste heat recycling modes combined is provided for meeting the different requirements of building energy for energy quality. Gas engine waste heat is sufficiently utilized; meanwhile, the comprehensive energy utilization rate of the whole system is greatly improved, and the effect of energy conservation and emission reduction is achieved.
