Атеросклеротическая аневризма брюшной аорты: кардиальные осложнения и их профилактика в послеоперационном периоде

We discuss etiology of abdominal aortic aneurysm (AAA). It frequently occurs in coronary artery disease patients and may be used as a multifocal atherosclerosis marker. We review various risk factors of cardiac complications which occur in early postoperative period (EPP) in 15-34% of patients with atherosclerotic AAA. At present time β blockers, calcium antagonists and angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitors are used for prevention of cardiac complications in EPP.
