Scenarios of Russia’s economic development: a fifteen-year outlook

Long-term growth factors of the Russian economy are discussed. Risks and conditions of maintaining high growth rates, based on exploiting competitive advantages, are analyzed. Four possible scenarios of long-term development, which reflect different combinations of key growth factors, are defined.
