Composition for treating inflammation

PURPOSE: To provide the composition which can be used for treating functional disorder or functional deficiency with respect to hemopoiesis or lymphopoiesis. CONSTITUTION: It is found that a cartilage inducing factor CIF-A or CIF-B is localized in the hemopoietic centers (bone marrow and liver) and in the lymphopoetic center (thymus). Based on this finding, this composition which contains CIF-A or CIF-B and is capable of adjusting hemopoiesis or differentiation of lymphocytes, is obtained. COPYRIGHT: (C)1994,JPO
