Disclosed is a modified conjugated diene rubber, which process which comprises providing an alkali metal ion conjugated diene rubber; and the alkali metal ions of the conjugated diene rubber react with the silicone to yield the modified conjugated diene rubber, the silicone following structural formula, wherein, R1, R2, R3 are each independently selected from C2 ~ C12 containing group and a nitrogen-containing C1 ~ C12 group, the C2 ~ to C12 oxygen-containing group in its carbon atom bound directly to an oxygen atom of the siloxane, C1 ~ C12 of the nitrogen-containing group in its nitrogen atom bonded directly to an oxygen atom of the siloxane; and R4 is selected from C1 ~ C12 alkyl group, a C2 ~ C12 alkenyl group, C6 ~ C12 aryl group and a C1 ~ C12 alkoxy group.
