X-ray quiz: A woman with diabetes presented with fever and malaise

A 55-year-old woman with diabetes presented with fever, malaise and poor appetite for 4 days presented to emergency department. Physical examination showed no remarkable findings except lower abdominal tenderness. Laboratory examinations revealed leukocytosis, hyperglycaemia and pyuria. An abdominal plain film was done and subsequently renal ultrasound was performed.
