Chronic lymphocytic leukemia/small lymphocytic lymphoma (CLL/SLL) is an indolent lymphoma that has the potential to develop into a more aggressive lymphoma, known as Richter transformation (RT)1 . RT dramatically changes the course of CLL/SLL requiring urgent recognition and appropriate treatment.
