Состояние детоксикационной и гормональной систем в ранние сроки беременности у женщин с хроническим необструктивным и обструктивным бронхитом в стадии ремиссии

Biochemical and hormonal values were studied in women in the first trimester of pregnancy at chronic obstructive and non-obstructive bronchitis in the remission stage. It was established that patients with obstructive form of chronic bronchitis had a more apparent dysfunction of detoxication organs that was characterized by mean molecular peptides concentration rise and the whole cholesterol drop. Against this dysfunction the functional activity of thyroid gland changed and had a decreased level of triiodothyronine. When there was no acute condition at chronic bronchitis there was a high level of progesterone and placental lactogen in the peripheral blood in comparison with women with physiological pregnancy.
