FACTORS THAT EXPLAIN THE COMPETITIVE PERFORMANCE OF MICRO-COOPERATIVES IN MEXICO CITY

The objective of this work was to determine which are the competitive performance factors of the production micro cooperatives of Mexico City. Based on the literature review, a questionnaire was constructed to identify competitive performance factors in successful cooperatives. The multiple case method was applied in order to carry out an indepth study. The main findings allow to determine that the main competitive performance factors in production micro cooperativesare: quality, intellectual capital, satisfied customers, technology, price competitiveness and proximity to their work network.
