Прогностические факторы развития аритмий в ранние сроки после операций коронарного шунтирования в условиях искусственного кровообращения и на работающем сердце

The advantages and the limitations of on-pump and off-pump coronary bypass grafting are widely discussed in the literature. However, it is still unclear, which type of surgery is safer in the aspect of the development of postoperative arrhythmias. Risk factors for the occurrence of ventricular or supraventricular arrhythmias after coronary artery bypass surgery remain disputable. The purpose of our study was to evaluate the incidence of new-onset postoperative arrhythmias after both types of surgery and reveal most significant risk factors for their development.
