Tropical Population Ecology

In this section, we will evaluate the current knowledge of population biology as a basis to determine research needs in tropical regions. Our main premise is that the understanding of natural ecosystem dynamics is gained through knowledge of population dynamics, population genetics, environmental physiology, and natural selection.
