DEVIASI PRAKTEK MANAJEMEN ANGGARAN PILKADA BUPATI DAN WAKIL BUPATI KABUPATEN PESISIR SELATAN TAHUN 2015 TERKAIT KETIADAAN CALON PERSEORANGAN

The deviation of management practices in Regent/Mayor Election sometimes happens in several cities and counties in Indonesia. This action took place in various reasons. Sometimes the internal condition made each regencies and cities had its own policy. The Election itself consisted of two type; The Candidate that is promoted by political parties and Independent Candidate (No Party instead). For the candidate from political parties always occur in many election cases, but for the independent candidate, some regencies and cities had the candidate, but some were not. This study tried to research it from the financial aspect that were located in Pesisir Selatan County, West Sumatera Province.
