Exploration of the Developing Direction and Steps of Basic Libraries Construction in Western Undeveloped Area

As a branch of the library system,basic libraries in western undeveloped area should keep the same direction with the social development of the library and information system,traditional and digital development will coexist for a long time.So the basic libraries in our city need to solve the questions: networking=specialize,standardize,eventually arrive at the library and information work socialization,and provide high-quality service.
