Special-shaped hole deburring method

The invention discloses a special-shaped hole deburring method which comprises the following steps of (1) adding deburring holes at the junctions of special-shaped holes; and (2) cutting off outwards by 4mil at the junctions of the deburring holes and the special-shaped holes so as to complete deburring of the special-shaped holes. According to the special-shaped hole deburring method, by improving burrs in rear holes, the defect rate is reduced to 30 percent, quality of products is improved, and raw materials are saved.
