The invention relates to compounds of formula (I): wherein R 1 is H, OH, NH2, - (CH2) m - NRaRb (m = 0,1 or 2), Ra and Rb are H, alkyl (1- 6c) linear, branched or cyclic, cycloalkyl (3-6C) alkyl (1 -6C) Rc, S (O) 2 R c, C (O) Rc, S (O) 2RD, or C (O) Rd, or Ra and Rb together with N form a Rc radical, Rc represents a saturated, unsaturated or aromatic 5 or 6 vertices containing 1 to 4 heteroatoms selected from N, O and S, optionally substituted; Rd is linear alkyl, branched or cyclic ( 1-6C), optionally substituted with 1 to 4 halogens, or R represents Rc or CHReRc or CHReRd; Re is H, OH, NH2, NHalk (1-6C) or Nalk2 (1-6C), or NH-acyl (1 -7C) or NHR; R2 is H, (CH 2) m NR a R b, Rc, or CHReRc CHReRd, provided that R1 and R2 can not simultaneously be H or (CH 2) m NR a R b or R c or H and OH, or H and NH2, or H and (CH2) m-NRaRb wherein Ra and Rb are H or alkyl; or R2 and R'2 represent gem dialkyl (1-6C) or lkyle (1-6C) -oxime, or R2 and R'2 represent Rc or Rd and OH, NH2, NHR or NHRF, Rf being an acyl (1 -7C); R'2 is H or R'2 and R2 gem dialkyl (1-6C) alkyl or (1-6C) -oxime, or R'2 and R2 represent OH, NH2, NHR or NHRF or Rc and Rd, Rf is acyl (1-7C), n is 0 or 1; R3 and R'3 represent H or alkyl (1-6C) optionally substituted with 1 to 3 halogens or R 3 represents alkoxy (1-6C) alkoxycarbonyl and R '3 represents H; R4 represents methyl optionally substituted by halogen; R5 represents H, alkyl (1-6C) or arylalkyl (7-12c); R6 represents H, fluorine, NO2 CF3 or CN; in the form of enantiomers or mixtures thereof, as well as their salts with acids and bases and their preparation and their use as antibacterial, both in human medicine veterinaire.R5 represents H, alkyl (1-6C) or arylalkyl (7-12c); R6 represents H, fluorine, NO2, CF3 or CN; as enantiomers or mixtures thereof, as well as their salts with ac ideas and bases, their preparation and their use as anti-bacterial, both in human and veterinary medicine.
