Analysis of clinical curative effect about trinity treatment of 46 patients with postoperative adhesion ileus

Objective: To analyze the clinical curative effect of trinity treatment of patients with postoperative adhesion ileus. Methods: Selected 92 cases from October 2006 to October 2010, randomly divided into two groups of A and B, on average every group of 46 patients. A group of patients with acupuncture and moxibustion the TDP curative two methods for treatment; Group B patients in group A basis, add with large cap on the treatment of trinity gas soup. Two groups of patients for clinical treatment effect, treatment process of complications and adverse reactions and complications phenomenon was analyzed. Results: The analysis results showed that the group B patients for clinical treatment effect and the group A comparison, the efficient obviously A much higher, there was a significant statistical difference ( P0.05); Two groups of patients in the treatment process, all did not appear serious complications and adverse reaction phenomena, there was no sig - nificant statistically significant(P0.05). Conclusion: The method of trinity with postoperative bowel obstruction of patients adhesion of the clinical treatment effect is quite obvious, with quick effect, the cure rate is high, the less disease, safety and reliability, and a series of advantage in the future for the patients for clinical treatment shall be in the process of use and promotion.
