Estado del arte acerca de la telemedicina inmersa en la cadena de suministro de servicios sanitarios

This research will address how telemedicine, leveraged mainly from its technological means, acts as a facilitator of the provision of health services in order to evaluate relevant aspects of teleconsultation in favor of improving processes within hospital logistics. A methodology is proposed for the development of a systematic review of literature in academic databases; As a result, different topics of interest were generated within the subject under study, such as categories of analysis of the telemedicine service, bottlenecks, the production of health services, models and development in telemedicine, as well as their effects, barriers and prospective. With all this, it was identified that current studies on telemedicine point to the design and implementation of information technologies, since health provider organizations can incorporate e-health services in order to improve part of the processes of health service provision. Likewise, within the literature, the absence of topics such as real economic evaluations, standards, metrics and cost results in the implementation of the digitization of the medical consultation stands out.
