Development of Design System for Hydraulic Motor with Non-circular Planetary Gears

Non-circular planetary gear hydraulic motor is a new type of low-speed and high-torque hydraulic motor.Its main part is a non-circular planetary mechanism with variable center distance and without binders.The design theory of the non-circular planetary gear hydraulic motors was described,and the non-linear goal programming method was introduced into the design model to avoid the blind choice of parameters and the repeated proof-calculation in design.The efficiency of the design system was proved by a design example for a 34 type non-circular planetary gear hydraulic motor.
