Intensifying film production method

The invention discloses an intensifying film production method. The method comprises the following steps: selecting a needed soft film material; cutting a soft film with the length matched with the length of a Drum roller; clearing acrylic coatings at both ends of the soft film; cutting a superfluous PET film layer according to the circumference length of the roller; mounting and circulating the soft film on the roller; pasting adhesive tapes at both ends of the soft film, connecting both ends of the soft film, and using a transparent adhesive tape with the same thickness as the acrylic coatings to connect the acrylic coatings in an acrylic coating shedding region; and utilizing the soft film to press resin into a needed texture structure on a PET base film of the intensifying film to obtain a product and finish the process. The soft film connection in the technological treatment can effectively decrease the protrusion of the adhesive tape on the soft film, lowers the protruding height of a primary pressure mark on the boundary and basically eliminates a secondary pressure mark.
