Использование двухполюсного спейсера в лечении инфекционных осложнений при артропластике крупных суставов

The authors have developed and tested in the surgical treatment of 11 patients (2011-2012) new version of the cement spacer for two-stage replacement hip. Ability to smooth functioning of the joint during the treatment, prevention of stent dislocation provides preferential choice of the device. The successful experience of the spacer allows the authors to recommend it for wide use in specialized clinics for the treatment of septic complications arthroplasty.
