The invention discloses a material transport vehicle and an unloading monitoring device thereof. The unloading monitoring device comprises a monitoring center, a vehicle-mounted detector, a vehicle-mounted positioning device and an information transmitting network, wherein the monitoring center is provided with a remote visible commanding and monitoring management platform and can be used for receiving signals and feeding back solution measures in real time; the vehicle-mounted detector is used for detecting the motion states of a cargo box body and/or carried materials of the material transport vehicle; the vehicle-mounted positioning device is arranged on the material transport vehicle, is connected with the vehicle-mounted detector and is used for receiving and processing signals sent by the vehicle-mounted detector and feeding the signals back to the monitoring center; and the information transmitting network is used for realizing the interactive communication between the vehicle-mounting positioning device and the monitoring center. The unloading monitoring device disclosed by the invention can be used for monitoring a material transport process to achieve the purposes of standard operation of working vehicles, benefit increase and overall planning and management.
